SERVICES

RGR Interior Architecture specializes in upscale residential interiors including private residences, condominiums, and yachts. Our commercial work includes residential towers, sales centers, corporate offices, restaurants, retail, lounge and nightclub spaces.

We provide state of the art lighting, communications, audio, video and surveillance. For these areas we also offer design engineering, equipment supply, and installation services.

The typical design process is outlined below into six stages:

  1. Preliminary Design – The preliminary design includes the development of a design concept, and a digital presentation showing the design direction including architectural details, lighting, furnishings, custom built-ins materials and finishes.

  2. Final Design – Final designs will be prepared incorporating all noted changes and specifications from preliminary designs. During this stage a set of drawings is created including plans, elevations and details.

  3. Cost Estimates and Specifications – Simultaneous with development of the final designs, the designer will begin preparing preliminary cost estimates, details and specifications required to begin the work. The client is provided proposals for approval of all items specified by designer prior to purchase by the designer.

  4. Construction/Project Implementation – Construction, fabrication of custom furniture and structural changes begin immediately after approval of final design and permitting is received.

  5. Purchasing – Upon client approval of specifications and cost estimates, the designer places orders to vendors for furnishings and contractors for all construction work.  Designer will oversee purchasing, ordering, receiving, storing and installing of all items needed to complete the interior plan. A status report is also used to keep the office updated on all orders placed.

  6. Installation/Project Supervision – Throughout installation the designer will maintain supervision of the project as required. During construction the client receives a weekly email with a list of work done during that week, what is scheduled for the next week and photos of the progress.  A punch list will be maintained until all items are satisfactory completed at the end of the project.
