Clock Tower – Dumbo, New York

Built in 1915 by Robert Gair, this project is located in the historic landmarked “Clock Tower” building in Dumbo, New York. On our 3rd renovation project with this client, this home will be restored in keeping with the pre-war architectural details of the building but brought to the 21st century through state of the art home technology. The apartment will balance comfort and style in equal measures with nods to mid-century design. Neutral and warm toned colors, natural materials and rich textured fabrics, including bouclé, velvet and linen will make up the palette.

Continuum North Tower – Miami Beach, Florida

This Miami apartment is a winter retreat for a professional couple from New York that also has a home in Manhattan and Centre Island which we also worked on. The couple wanted the apartment to have a mellow beach house feel of Miami with the collected familiarity of beach houses you would find in the Northeast. This is a refuge for them to slow down and enjoy the Miami winter.

Portofino – Miami, Florida

This is the 4th project we’ve done for this client. This penthouse apartment is on the 43rd floor with spectacular views of Miami Beach, Fisher Island, the Atlantic Ocean and downtown Miami. The client lives between New York City and Miami Beach, spending half the year on their yacht. The apartment is being completely gutted and a new space plan is being created with the possibility that the apartment below, that they also own, may be connected by a staircase in the future.

Five Park – Miami Beach, Florida

This project is a winter retreat for a couple that lives between Boston and Malibu. The color palette will be primarily neutrals with accents of blue, teals and soft greens. There is power in the serenity of a neutral space with architectural furnishing that allows the views from the 40th floor to dominate the space.

Park Towers – Las Vegas, Nevada

This is the 8th project we’ve done for this client. Four years ago, we built her house in McDonald Ranch overlooking the Vegas strip. Since then, she’s decided to move closer to the Strip. The 3,500 square foot apartment is being gutted and completely remodeled. It will have extensive details with many custom pieces being commissioned by artist. The design centers around the view and the clients’ extensive art collection of sculptures, paintings and photography.

Tribeca Franklin Street – New York, New York

We are combining two penthouse apartments into a three-bedroom city apartment for a client that we recently completed her home in Miami. The architecture is clean and uncluttered with open spaces that take advantage of the downtown views of the city. The furnishings and finishes reflect the same spirit of refinement with a narrow color palette of gray tones throughout. Each room has an earth tone accent color that identifies the space. The primary suite is accented with burnt rust tones; one of the guest rooms has amethyst walls in Venetian plaster with a gently cascading horizontal texture; the family room has midnight blue pillow accents and the living room introduces cream, black and a Harbour blue with the gray.
